Timeouts: Replace setTimeout and setInterval to manage timer

This object can replace setTimeout and setInterval in order to manage the timer.

It provides replacement functions for the setTimeout and setInterval functions, so they return timer objects that allow to stop and resume the timer.

These same objects are passed to the callbacks to enable you to stop an interval based on certain conditions.

The timer object also provides other information like whether the timer is currently active and how many times the timer was run or stopped.
