This object can scroll the browser window smoothly between anchors.

It listens to the browser window hashchange event, to make the browser window scroll smoothly to the respective link anchor when the hash changes.

The scrolling speed is defined automatically to limit the scroll steps to a given number of frames.

Javascript library enabling smooth scroll between anchor links on the page using different easing functions.
