This object can animate slideshow images using XML configuration.

It sends an AJAX request to load a remote configuration file in XML format to read configuration details for an image slideshow like the image URL, size, title and alternative text.

The object makes images defined in the XML configuration file appear in an animated sequence using HTML5 transitions.

The images may be switched individually or automatically after a period of time.

Slideshows are sequences of images that are presented one after the other.

Usually programming slideshows requires passing parameters to slideshow presentation components in your application source code.

This object makes the process more flexible by allowing to define a slideshow in a separate XML file that can be retrieved dynamically using AJAX requests.

This way the slideshows may be defined and updated independently of the source code of the applications that present them.
