This object can animate element to move randomly on the page.
It creates a floating page element from given HTML that may move by itself on the page.
The element can start at a random point at the top of the page and remains visible even if the user scrolls the page.
Several types of callback functions can be invoke at different phases of the animation of the element so it is possible to customize the way the element moves.
